Flared Up at work today~Fire Dragon!

Just a quick update cos I have pretty tied-up recently.

It's been a busy and hectic day today! Alot of changes at work. last minute, engineers need run 15 boards and materials to be ready by this Fri! OMG! And there are other changes as well. Luckily, I have a mentor Bay Yong guiding me through. I also heard before that this team of engineers are pretty new so design wise, they need to do more combinations of testing to firm it up.

Today's the 1st time I got real flared-up(which is really rare of me) at a supplier today not for delinquent deliveries but for common-sense. He called up and asked to meet me and I agreed since we have not met before. Just briefly after our introduction, he asked me to sort and passed some diaries to my colleagues. There were names on the diaries and I realised that there wasn't my name. I felt it was unjustified and told him off that "How can you meet someone for the 1st time and ask the person to help you pass things around without giving one to the person?" He gave crap excuses saying not enough supplies. It was a big company. Nvm. Although I felt like shooting an email off to him and CC his boss liao. Still, I just helped to pass it to my colleagues but I was really mad and regretted not being harsher. Who knows he called my office number shortly. This time round to ask for an Engineer A's tel no followed by Engineer B cos he forgot to bring the engineers' namecards out. By the time he asked for Engineer B's tel, I really couldn't take it & leashed it out at him, "First, you treat me as a delivery man, now you treat me as an what? An Information counter arh?! How can you treat people like that?" and reinforce how could he do "the delivery thing" just now. And you know what's his reply was? It was because I have met your colleagues before but not you. OMG, I really feel like giving him a big slap. Anyway, I told him that you have given me a very bad impression of you and your company! I really pity the company for having such a poor sales engineer. My Beau says better don't buy from this company who has got such er....F*%k-up sales guy. I truly and totally agree. Just wanna blast my anger. But right now, I'm just laughing it off.

I hope I can cope with my work and Principal Secrets whose main activities are going to start rolling soon!
