Konbawa at Waraku Restaurant!

Finally got to meet my Beau for dinner after the Sentosa Escapade. Waited for him at Bedok mrt. Took a pic while waiting for him. You can see how bored I was. haha

We went to Waraku Rest to have our feast! It is actually located at Katong Village. According to Knight, it used to be a Police Station. We ordered alot! as you can see from the pics below.





my set consists of steamboat soup with chicken, tempura, salmon sashimi. What I want in small quantities! The veges and mushrooms in the soup were very fresh!













Beau ordered a Pork cutlet set, with rice and udon. I love its potato salad! Finished 90% of it! haha... The pork cutlet is very well done, thick meat and thin layer of crust. We also ordered a grilled mackaeral fish and chicken yakitori.





Even though we were so full, after drinking lotsa green tea, we ordered a dessert and share. It's called Tartofu. chocolate, vanilla ice-cream rolled in jamaican chocolate powder. Not really very fantastic though. But I would go again as the food is fresh and the prices are reasonable! Good service too!
