It's been a tiring week. In a way, it might be due to illness and the medication that makes you so sleepy. I'm always looking for opportunities to snooze on my way to and back from work. hee... But no worries, I am getting better by the days!
Having tea-break is always a way to relax and just chill-out for awhile. Went to the Food Barn with Mich for tb today. Shared a caesar salad with her and ordered a cup of chamomile tea for myself. The salad was great! I like the ham in it. There's chicken but not really my cup of tea.
Went to HB's place today. He was sick n went to see the doc yesterday. Need to blast something out....
Abit of history, he got sore eyes from me during the CNY period but recovered the next day. But for the past 2 days, I didn't see him, yet he also fell sick. Sore eyes and throat. And right in front of my face, my MIL said to HB," Aiyo, must have gotten it from Kailing(that's my chinese name) the other time (during CNY period)." This is the I don know 2nd or 3rd time she said since my HB got sore eyes during the CNY period. Damn IT!!! I told HB in the room what I thought for a long time. "Next time, I am sick, I WILL STAY AT MY OWN PLACE! Why must ur mum keep mentioning that it is my fault? We are husband n wife what. Next time, we sleep in separate room ok?" I am really damn pissed off. I really felt like saying that straight in her face at that point in time. F*&% it! Anyway, she don't really care about how I feel. She is only "scared" and concerned how some pple feels only.
It's ok. I am quite used to staying at my own place now. Think I will stay at home more often. Since Beau will be giving tuition from Mon to Thurs.
Poor Beau, on the bed sniffing away. Hope he will get well soon!!!
Suddenly, an evil thought flashed across. Wished I will fall sick at my HB place. Then I try to go home. When MIL see, I tell her,"Oh, I better go home. Don wanna spread it to anyone later." Bye, and I leave. *hiak hiak...* evil evil.....

Hello girl....
Oh gosh, poor think that your MIL treat u like this.... And still u can tahan... If for me, i'll cure her to death already... Haiz... it better to have own flat right... Poor carol..
hey gal...
MILs tend to be like this sometimes, treating the sons like the precious one. Mine is definitely worst. Trust me on that. Had a horrible n horrifying experience with her once that i went back to the room to cry. that was even b4 we were married! Luckily there is still my hubby who defended me, he actually told his mum off big time, n even my FIL stood on my side! not tat i enjoy seeing them biting each other's neck off (hmmm... but then again, i dun mind that sometimes... haha...) but that puts her in place at times.
she can definitely be a mean machine once in a while... i still remember keeping such a big fuss (tell my mum too! cant help it!), didnt even talk to her for days, eat out... stuffs like tat... was so upset abt it...
ultimately, im glad tat at least my hubby understands n defended me. i guess that is all tat matters... n im sure ur knight has his suit of shining armour all ready for u too.. so continue smiling...
(*opps... my comment seems more like a story...*)
Your are right Jasline....
Totally agree with what you wrote...
My advice
Sometimes do people must one ear in, one ear out....
As you know, MIL are all very ba (void of sensitivity)... They talk with passing through big brain. But actually they do care... Just that some times people are just bias, petty....
Only remembering the bad and take the goodness for granted...
...think about again it. How much does it benefit you by insisting on seeing the bad side only when there is a good side????
