Finally got my Robinsons credit card on Wednesday! Can't wait for it to come cos... I was ready to qiong and buy my bedsheet stuff in preparation for my wedding. I think I would be lost without the help of the Sealy promoter, Ai Pheng who told me previously to go look for her during GSS. She would bring me to buy the bedsheet.
She gave good recommendations indeed! Showed us 2 brands called Gainsborough and Kinu. Gainsborough was cheaper for the bedsheet but quilt cover wise, Kinu was cheaper. In the end, we bought bedsheet, quilt cover and quilt from Robinsons today! 1st time blowing so much money on bedsheet! But for something 460 threadcount/10 sq cm, I think it is worthwhile. We have "invested" heavily in our bed. haha... that's what Beau said. I replied," We would have the feeling of sleeping in a hotel yah." And I am truly looking forward to it! Can't wait for the bed to arrive!
All in all... had a fun time shopping for the bedding stuff and we also had a shopping list of stuff for Allan's parents. Most were accomplished. Hmm... a great sense of satisfaction! But alas, heartache about parking fees => $10.20
That's what I hate about going to Orchard on a Saturday but tomorrow, we have to go to Malaysia. That's life yah...
