Is it A Bad Omen?

This is the first time I am having it so bad. First, it was my rash thingy which has recovered. Yesterday morning, I started to have abit of sore throat. By 2plus noon, it got quite bad. By then, all clinics have already closed. :( Then I felt that my right eye is abit blur at times and there were quite some eye wax. wipe it off. Then my eyes go blur and start to have eye wax again. Last night, both eyes also had the same problem. Shucks! Then I quickly went to buy a bottle of Optrex to clean my eyes.

When I woke up this morning, felt terribly bad. Now, washing my eyes is my "Luxury" treatment as it soothes them. Brought Xiaobai for a walk just now to reward him for being such a good boy. I slept through the night. Me on my bed and him on another bed. Life is not bad here huh? haha... Told my HB last night@ his house that I wanted Xiaobai to stay with me and he thought I was joking. (I am the kinda of person who does what she feels like, at times. And I even pre-plan for it.) I told him I wasn't and has already told my family about it liao. Then he knew I was serious. Yet he was worried last night whether Xiaobai would have problem getting to sleeping here. He waited downstairs for 15 mins before we are sure that he is doing fine. By the 15 mins, he was lying with me on my bed liao. hehe...

Supposed to be writing a happy and joyous message today! But I'm sorry I can't. Sore throat is one thing. But red eyes? OMG, how often does this happen? I guess I was too heaty. Should be the pizza and KFC which I had on Friday. I promise to take good care of myself in future. No more heaty food... This is always the case yah. Saying this and that. after awhile, I simply forget it.

I really really hope that I will get well soon! And after I am ok, things will only get better, good, excellent! Trying to be "+" !

What an Idiotic Guy! ~ 25 Jan

Well, this incident happened on 25 Jan. Background: He's a foreign engineer in my present current company. Name: WHO knows?

He walked over to my side and showed me a board which he wants to check if we have samples/stocks for 2 components.

First of all, I asked for his name as this is the first time i met him. He replied he had just lost his employee badge that day. And he was trying to give me his name card but he didn't have it with him. NVM, he could have just verbally told me his name yah.

I asked him which project is this? "It is used in Project A." he replied. I asked further," Then which project are you working on now?" The reply was,"Project B." i told him that I am working on Project C. So I am not the correct person to handle it. Yet, he stood rooted to the ground till I directed him to my colleague Michelle.

Understand from Mich that the info given by "WHO knows?" was simply too vague. Asked him to go and get more info.

Awhile later, Mich and "WHO knows?" came over to see if they are used in the project that I am handling. They are but the fact is we do not have any samples for one of them. And this guy was murmuring," Then think need to go find Boss."

Basket man!!! I felt that he was trying to threatening us. Damn it! Out shoot it. "What use is there to find Boss? They don't have what you need too. We should ask from suppliers."

On the way home, Mich also felt that this "WHO knows?" was threatening us. But she was glad that I have shut him off. This guy is just weird weird weird!!!

Chinese New Year's Eve...

I can't imagine I woke up so early today. Woken up by my little sis. Ask her why she is up so early on a Sat with my whimpering voice. She replied,"I am hungry so got up to get some food." Haiz... I was deprived of sleep for the past few days but i couldn't get back to sleep after that. Got up and ate a chunk of cheese. My right knee-cap has been giving my problem lately. Feel pain when I walk down the flight of stairs. Better take in more calcium.

Hope to complete my tasks before i go to my 3rd uncle's place @ ard 3nnish for reunion dinner. So that I can simply relax tonight. Usually CNY's eve, i will be busy decorating the pots of plants outside. I hope to complete that by afternoon. Then tonight, I can jio jio my little sis to play mahjong with me. Haha... Just for fun! i will go to my Beau's place for reunion dinner too. MIL invited me so I think it's good to show face! I am contemplating to bring Xiaobai back with me tonight if I am driving HB's car back. Then tomorrow bring him back. Miss him leh.

Think this year's CNY is gonna be quite busy... gotta visit quite abit of relatives. Oh no, I'm gonna miss my home next CNY. Wonder how it will be like staying at HB's place in future.... Wait till then i will definitely comment. But I'm sure everything's gonna be alright! With hubby ard. yeahie.....

IT'S been A Shag Shag Day!

This is me who has just reached home from work! Look shag? Well, I am. Very.
Just had a conversation with my Small Boss regarding format of FY06 Performance Evaluation. Missed my bus as a result of that. Fortunately, he "tobang" me to Queenstown mrt.

Talked about the opportunities, like what kind of grade you wanna achieve. Showed me an example of the work involved for a manager to promote staff to another level. Oh man! Your picture, your contributions, you name it, they are stated there. It is not easy, really. Of course, I think the manager has got to do a very nice wrap-up and presentation when trying to promote his staff to the other managers or management. That is the make/break point besides how the staff usually performs. Promotions are being scrutinised across various functions. Well, I'm a greenhorn. I'm not exactly too ambitious a person, but I will give my best in the job.

Somehow, I linked the theory of how the manager present/promote his staff to the mgmt to Family life. For example, I think the way your HB/BF presents you to his family will also play a part in how they perceive you. Vice Versa. But of course, normal performance plays a part too. haha... that is just some funni connection that somehow pop up in my head. Somehow i just linked it up. Any comments?

Ok, enough about work. Felt real tired today. Thought of taking MC tomorrow for a good rest at home. However, after work, felt slightly more energised again. Guess I will take a good rest tonight and head for work tomorrow. Hmm.... gonna be CNY this wkend but don't really have the mood. It's just weird without the half day off for Reunion Dinner.

Beau is really busy these few days. I pity him. Last night, I had to ask him to come and pick me up at Suntec at about 10.30pm. I just couldn't get a cab after calling 3 taxi companies for 15 mins. "Sometimes got Money also cannot get a taxi". where did they all went to? Strange. He was actually getting into sleep when I called him. He was quite pissed with me but I didn't have much choice at that point in time. Hope he can have a good rest tonight... I miss Xiaobai(my dog) too. He always wait on the staircase for me or my HB to come home. And will stick around with us whenever we go when we are home. Isn't he sweet? Oh no, miss him terribly liao.

Sometimes when I'm tired, I just feel so emotional and vulnerable.
Gonna chill out and watch TV.
