I know it's kinda late for NY resolutions. But it's not the case of doing it just because we cross over to a New Year. It's when you know you need to do it for the better of myself.
Hence, here is the list of my NYR:
1) Eat Healthy
The point I'm driving across is NOT to have unhealthy Supper. Stick to 3 main meals. For in-between snacks, go for nuts or fruits to satisfy hunger pangs! I'm jio-jioing my dear hubby to join me for this. But I've got a feeling he's going to abandon me on this ship. :P
2) Kill my bad habits (not sure if kill is the right word to use). Now what are they? I'm ashamed to list them. But to improve myself, I have crinch my eyes and state it.
a) STOP biting my poor lips
b) STOP nibbling on my fingers
I have read before if you can stop doing a particular bad habit for 21 days continuously, you can safely say that you have kicked the bad habit!!!!
I shan't be ambitious and try to stop (a) & (b) at the same time.
I SHALL STOP biting my poor lips from tomorrow onwards. So technically, if I can control it till 11st-Feb, then I have succeed! Let's monitor OK?
Okie dokie, embarrasement over and done with for Pt 2.
