Took the day off from work to spend time with hubby as well as it's Jayden's 4months old(according to the Lunar calendar la)...So today, MIL prepared ang ku kuehs, red eggs, glutinous rice to pray to the gods as well as ancestors And the interesting part is "kui chou" aka baby to taste meat, etc with well meanings. Jayden certainly enjoyed the "food tasting". haha... he was smiling away and gives the yummy look while MIL put the food to his lips.
He tasted "gu cai" - live to long life, chinese parsley qin2 cai4 - one with preservance n diligence(qin2 fen4 nu3 li4), meat and fish(I forgot liao)...shld be da4 yu2 da4 rou4 to eat in future. haha....
After praying and feeding him, it's couplehood time with hubby. We went Bugis Goddess of Mercy temple, Bugis Junction to apply for the Maybank credit card. Maybank giving $100 credit for new applicants!!! Isn't that fantastic?! hiak hiak...valid till end of this year. What are you waiting for? Go grab it!
The highlight of today's outing is to go buy my mini-laptop!!! Hubby sold the acer aspire one away as I complain the 8.9" screen really too small lei. My eyesight already not very good liao...hehe... We bought Lenovo S10 Ideapad! I love it...the outlook, weight...no doubt it's using 3 cell battery. Thanks honey for the gift! thou Spore officially going into recession today. I feel pai sei to make hubby spend money cos Spore officially going into recession today. But I think my man likes to buy things that makes his wife happy.
It's still sitting in its pretty nice box. Hubby not feeling well so he has turned in already...Jayden also sleep liao. so mummy can sneak in here to blog.
Just now as I was latching him for the night feed, I was wondering time flies man. He's 4months liao. Will stop latching him latest by 6th month then bottle feed him ebm. I willl definitely miss my breastfeeding moments. Being so close to him... Very contradicting... sometimes will think it's very tiring to breastfeed(life will be alot more easier to just give formula milk, I think) but when coming to stopping it, also can't bring myself to do it before the 1st 6months. I must JIA YOU!

I realised he's starting to enjoy his tummy time one fine day when he woke up from his tummy down sleeping position in his cot and doing his mini push ups. so i quickly went to grab my camera and took these precious shots!
I let him practise on the bed....he's not crying liao...enjoying it! he used to dislike tummy time.
Taken before I left for work earlier this week. He's wailing away after lying there for some time. Once he's bored, he will cry super loud.
