Woke up to express breastmilk at 1pm, 4pm... every 3 hourly. Quite shacked.... think I won't sleep for the 7am expression. It's tiring for the night expressing but need to do this to regulate milk supply. Anyway, my target during these 2 days while bb is in Mt A is to really rest and regulate my milk supply. With bb at home, really not much time to rest. by the time he sleeps, need to do this and that la.... super busy.....
