A fun day at East Coast Park!

I was an extremely good boy on Christmas Day. My 1st Merry Merry Xmas. Why was i good? Cos I woke up at 6.30am! Instead of 5plus... Dad and mum had a good sleep and they decided to bring me to East Coast Park for morning stroll & breakie!

After our leisure walk, mummy & daddy decided to go try KFC's breakfast! Yummy for them. Milk for me!Doesn't it seems like we booked the ENTIRE place? We were the 1st patrons of the day.

Coming to the end of Yr 2008

We are reaching the last day of 2008 in another 4 more days! I was reading thru my post 1 yr ago... looking back what was I doing/thinking then. That's the beauty of blogging or keeping a diary.

I'm reaching the end of my 1st week of break in the blink of the eye. Enjoying every single day of spending time with hubby n baby. Although I wish not every "-ve' thing that happens is being linked to "smtg" by hubby. It makes my life more stressful. >

A baby really ties you down... have to forgo alot of things(the list is endless). But at the end of the day, when I see that cutie smile from his face, knowing that he's feeling happy and loved by his mummy n daddy, it's all worth it!

I try to have some couple time to getaway with hubby for a while and let family members take care of Jayden. hehe... FOr a start, we went swimming today. Planning to bring Jayden go swimming next week when weather permits. :) bought his baby float liao!

Brought Jayden to Yiyi Esther house for his maiden swim few Sats ago! I think I'm more excited than him! haha... shall let the pics elaborate more!

Blogging after a looong while (Me & Myself)

Time for me to blog not on Jayden but purely my tots...

Random thoughts which I'm always too lazy to write down.

HOME - a place that I look forward to going back to after a day's work. even if i'm dog-tired, still can't wait to go back.

SPACE - Sometimes i feel quite suffocated. Life these days is just going to work and going back home. A tad boring yah? Not my usual lifestyle in the past. Things being axed/reduce greatly:

+dinner with hubby outside (don't think i had dinner with hubby outside since 15-June. Did we? hee...)

+Go K with colleagues

+dinner with colleagues/friends

+go shopping

Although people tell me this is best time to go travel, blah blah... cos bb won't cry for u yet. But it's not quite possible. Somehow feel a sense of imposing on family members if I am to have dinner outside. and the Guilt feeling seems to be there. Slowly have to get adjusted and not feel this way. :) Luckily hubby is understanding when I have dinner after work with friends once in a blue moon.

SECURITY - with the recent terrorist acts n chaos in our neighbouring countries, I feel blessed to be in SG with no natural calamities and a safe environment.

Life is indeed different with a kiddo now. While coping with it, I'm cherishing every moment of it!

Eating Rice Cereal for the 1st time! Happy 5mths old!

Jayden turned 5months old on Saturday! And I decided to let him try Heinz baby rice cereal!

My Wonderful Weekend! - Sunday....

Today, went out with my family to celebrate mum's birthday. Brought them to eat at Crystal Jade Paragon and they like the food very much! Eat until we are very full! Lotsa pics to share cos lil boy had his playful moments!!!

A Wonderful Weekend! -Saturday

It's been so long since I had a fun-filled & wonderful weekend! hehe...

Allan wasn't working on Saturday so me & my family (reads Allan, Jayden and me..hehe) went out exploring new places of Singapore.

First of all, we went to Liang Court. Geez, it was full of eateries man! We tried to reminisce our memories of eating at the Curry House inside Meidi Ya supermarket. The standard has changed... not as yummy as before. Better go to Curry Favor at Stamford House...

When our food came, the lil boy started to bawl... so I ate first while Daddy went to push the little boy around. here's some pics of us during the lunch.

All in all, Liang Court is a bo....ring place. Aiyo... nothing much to see. But we saw some kids furniture that were so cool! Fire-engine bed frame, sports car bed frame. We will buy these in future for lil boy! It helps to fulfill our childhood fantasies! haha...

After that, I still "bu4 gan1 yan4" to return home. haha... So I suggested Barrage @ Marina. Gosh, better wear sports shoes then go hor. Need to walk quite abit. And I went at 4plus so still abit hot although the sun is hiding behind the clouds...

The lil boy is kinda unhappy... maybe the weather's abit too hot and he's wearing his long-sleeved rompers.
